Hello All, On our old system, we had the 1102 phone series and a BCM, We upgraded to IP Office server edition r9.1. using Avaya 9608's for endpoints. The old system had an option to where if you called someone internal it would tell you if they were on the phone on the display. Is there a way to set this up on the 9608s? I realize this is what OneX does, but for people who don't have access to OneX is there an alternative? Thank you for your time!
