Call Pick Soft Key on 9620

Has anyone had any experience with the Call Pickup Soft Key on a 9620 handset? I have the button and softkey configured and the function works, however, there is no visual indication on the soft key (but there is on the key configured in the station form).

I could have sworn that the Softkey used to change state when the feature was active. Am I wrong on this?

Please open a case with Avaya support.

Make sure you have latest SP on the 96xx phones.

I believe you mayhave to add the softkey in the 46xxsettings file.
