Is there a way to control what an agent sees displayed on their phones? CCE 9650 phones and we want them to only see the skill of the incoming call.

Allow VDN Override

Please look at tab one of the related vector directory number (VDN). There is an option called "Allow VDN Override?" Change the selection to "y" to send the name of the VDN to agent phones.
