    Communicator for web salesforce call logging not working

    I have the Avaya Communicator for web Chrome extension up and running but the call logging isn't passing the "Call Result" into the activity update. What does the extension look for in Salesforce to tie the "Call Result" field input to?

    i think their is no specific settings for that. I should work when you install .xml file.
    Does your pop up in salesfoce on incoming calls working? I am having issue with popup on incoming calls. call logs are working fine.

      The call pop works fine on mine. Is your's not working at all? What xml are you using?

        Hi Guys,
        I am facing this issue with sales force.

        When I enable the setting in web communicator (Show All Matches). I got incoming popup on all the numbers but if some unknown caller call and their is 0 instead of country code ( eg. (09810806186 instead of +919820806186). Web communicator adding the country code by itself, Why ? and even its India number why its even adding +39/+44 etc. there should be +91.

        Any Ideas guys ?

            I am also having issue with IP Office and ACW integration to Salesforce. Calls are arriving but no screen pop nor call history. Any suggestions?
