Record Voice File

When recording a voice file with the record_voice_file script, which is being delivered as an example in the IPOCC10 package, you can stop recodring bij pressing # (hash-key).
The DTMF-sound of this # (hash-key) is also recorded at the end of the message.

Is there a way to ignore this sound, so that it is not recorded? Now, this example is not usable, because I have to remove it manually with some kind of programm like audacity.

Feels kind of stupid to handle it this way.

Regards, Peter

I am astonished about the beep, this wasn't when the example was published some years ago , all default announcements in the example folder are recorded ths way without a beep.
I will check what change caused this problem

I have not found the reason, but there is a workaround to remove the latest sound samples in the recording. there is already a a Windows Registry value for the IVR server:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avaya\IPOCC\VoiceControl \Configuration
Value= 7

increase this value to 12

note: this value is not the number of seconds, but the number of sound samples shortened automatically in the recording file

Hello kruegerb,

it is working fine with the registry workaround.

Thanks for the solution,
