Transitional audio for 46mins
 
Hi.
A caller listened Transitional audio for 46mins.
Is this possible?
Anyway, some logs tell me It worked like that.

The problem happened when "main flow" called resuable module.
This is not happened every calls. I don't know how often this happened. :-

Hi Kim,

I see that the application is waiting for the input before playing this prompt. So if the caller does not enter the DTMF digit how does the application behave? Did you set any timeout for DTMF collection in the application? If not the Session manager will keep waiting for the DTMF digit until you either enter the digit or disconnet.
