IPO trunk issues...
 
When the customers use the analog trunk, telephone voice is very small, how to solve? thanks for your help....

You can try increasing the gain on the extension within the manager. Be very careful though as you could introduce echo if they are IP phones. It may be worthwhile asking your Tier 1 Business Partner to run the impendence tests on the analogue trunks as this, by running a series of background tests on your lines, will give you the best values for the trunks installed.

Thanks for your reply. the customer is using analog system, including analog trunk and analog extension.we have to try increasing the gain , but did not produce any practical results...
