CM System Platform and Existing Server
HI,
I want to find out what is the Existing Server used in CM 6.X, from the system dump file i understood it is VCM. My question is if CM is 6.0 VCM is not supported, but in system dump file platform is 28, CM is R016x.00.1.510.1. I wanted to confirm whether it is VCM or other Avaya provided physical server. Also i found that CM, CMM, AES, Elite all loaded in same HOST ID. SOFTWARE VERSION: Memory Resident: R016x.00.1.510.1 Disk Resident: disk err TRANSLATION DATE: Memory Resident: 10:00 pm FRI MAR 31, 2017 Disk Resident: disk err Disk Second Copy: disk err OPTIONAL FEATURES: G3 Version: V16 Software Package: Enterprise Location: 2 System ID (SID): 1 Platform: 28 Module ID (MID): 1 Licenses: AVAYA AURATM ENT ED R6 101-1000 NEW LIC:1 TDM-NU, 1 IPSTA-CU Product ID:225153; Family:CM Stations - Enterprise; Version:6 ENT ED UCE R6 EC500 SM R9 LIC /E Product ID:269904; Family:CM Mobility Enabled Stations; Version:6 AVAYA AURATM ENT ED R6 101-1000 NEW LIC:1 TDM-NU, 1 IPSTA-CU Product ID:225153; Family:CM Stations - Enterprise; Version:6 ENT ED R6 CMM R6 LIC /E Product ID:270054; Family:CMM Mailboxes - Embedded Offer; Version:6 |
If you're seeing CM and AES 6.x on the same server, you're running the Midsize Enterprise template on System Platform. To find the hardware type, SSH into Domain-0 and execute the following as root:
dmidecode -s system-product-name R016x.00.1.510.1 is CM v6.0.1. |
