I was wondering if there was a way, maybe through editing one of the config .txt files in the users voicemail folder, to reset the voicemail to give the prompt like it was a users first log in. Any idea if this is possible? Or do I have to delete the old user and add a new user for that prompt to reset? Im using ip office r8.1.
