    Are Avaya Cloud Solutions Solid?

My firm is a health care insurer. We began moving into VoIP two years ago while opening satellite offices.

Late last year we signed a lease at a much larger building. It will become our corporate offices. We installed a G450 with standard local survivability (SLS) to support the first wave of staff moved there.

We intended to build a virtual R 7.x Aura CM there at some point and move the "core" there. Our business partner (BP) is suggesting that it's time to consider putting our PBX in the cloud.

That said, my only question is have any you moved your switch and call centers into the cloud and if so . . .
    • Who did you select?
    • What "gotchas" did you find?
    • Was it everything you hoped it would be?

In advance of your response, I want to thank you for doing so.
    Thank you,

Avaya Cloud - Make sure you verify they are an Avaya CSP

Avaya offers three layers of Cloud solutions:
    1. Avaya Private Cloud = Avaya direct custom solutions for 20,000+ endpoints.
    2. Avaya Powered Cloud = aka OnAvaya -> Avaya CSP (Aura enterprise) and BusinessPartner (IP Office SME)
    3. Avaya Branded Cloud = Avaya retail (AvayaLive, etc.)
For enterprise class solutions, you will want to verify the provider is an authorized Avaya Cloud Service Provider (CSP) as there are only a couple today in North America for the Aura Platform. (There are plenty out there if you are looking for hosted IP Office).
NuStratus by VOXNS is one of the only Avaya CSP offers certified today that provides private secure single instance (not partitioned) Aura solutions in a Tier IV Gold Data Center.

Has there been additional business partners (BP) who have attained this certification? I am currently in a search for any and all BP who have the CSP Cert.
