    Disconnected chat contacts

    When a customer clicks our link to start a chat and then later chooses to close the chat, this chat still gets queued. So we have many queued chat contacts where the customer isn't even there anymore, but the contact still gets queued to the agent. The agent will then have to wait and notice that the customer is no longer there. Is there someway to stop queuing the contact when the customer exits? Thanks.
