    Salesforce Open CTI Integration

    I'm investigating Avaya's Open CTI Integration with Salesforce. (I'm a developer rather than a business person).

    We are currently using the Salesforce CTI Toolkit but this is no longer supported. We operate an Avaya IP Office V500 system.

    What's involved in moving forward with Open CTI?

    I have successfully integrated Salesforce with my ctiSVR, the guide below has programming details.

      We've been using Tenfold as an integration solution between Avaya and Salesforce. Started using it just last year, and so far we haven't had any problems. They offer lots of helpful features as well, like gamification and click-to-dial. Here's their website - www.tenfold.com/integrations.

          Is there a Dev Connect for this integration? I have found nothing that Avaya is behind this design/application.
