Post Upgrade of IPOCC to 10.1.2, UMR, UMS and Task server are not running

I upgraded the IPOCC from 10.0.1 to 10.1.2. Post upgrade emails are not working.

And Taskserver is not running errors are seen in client application.

Please give some suggestions for the above issues. Client adapter is not receiving any events for non voice transactions.

I just had something similar and was able to fix it
I uninstalled the adapter that comes with wireshark as I could see in TTConsole 'statviewer' trying to bind to that wrong adapter.
If I were you, make sure there is only 1 adapter
