IP Office Alarm Severity Level - Which events are what level?

Does anyone have documentation or experience to share that defines WHICH system event alarms are assigned to each "Severity Level", e.g. which system event alarms are "Warnings", "Minor", "Major", and "Critical"?

I have looked on this forum, IAUG, and Avaya documentation and have been unable to find a definitive guide that says what severity level each event falls under.

    Thanks!

      Hello,

I have copied 2 excel sheets on my google drive, IP_Office_Alarms_9_1_0.xlsx and IP_Office_Alarms_10_1_0.xlsx. As far as I can see these files contain the alarms and the associated severity.

Use the below link to access the files.

In case that the link does not work, you find these files on the latest ISO of the server edition, as soon as you installed it, you will find it in the /opt/ipoffice/mibs/IPOffice/.

      Hope this will help you.

Thank you kirchenlo for the awesome reply!

I know this is an old thread, but I had to dust off my forum login just to say thanks. Those google sheets with the severity levels are super helpful. Much appreciated.

Is anyone able to share the definition docs again please?

they are proving a touch illusive to track down.

          thanks

When you unpack the installationfiles for the IP Office Administration suite, look in the snmp_mibs folder.
