Unhappy 4600 series - No * to program

Hi all,

I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one with this issue.

I'm facing a issue with some hardphones that doesn't allow you to use * to program and even mute commands (Clear, Reset, Addr, Craft)

I tried with SET PROCSTAT 0 on the 46xxsettings.txt file, and uploading it to the phone, and also re-uploading the firmware, but the issue persist with those phones, it never clear flash or don't really know what need to clear to set the phone as factory defaults.

I've read the following post before:
https://support.avaya.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4092
https://support.avaya.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3875

And Official documentation:
4600 Series IP Telephone - LAN Administrator Guide
https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/003880178

Do you have and idea how to resolve this?

Thanks.
Kevin.
