HI.
I have a problem. I cannot LOG IN VPMS web. What I don't understand is....I can change password. There is "CHANGE PASSWORD" on VPMS web. But I cannot log in. What is problem? What would I do? |

Hi ,
It seems your account got locked/ may expired. I suggest you to open ticket with VP support group so that they will use Avaya account to login and help you to fix the issue. |

Thanks for your reply.
But I don't think so that my account is locked or expired. I installed VP, 3 days ago and after installed, I didn't change account options. and No waring for exired and never input wrong password. |
