Question IPOCC webchat - character coding

Hello,

Our customer want to use WebChat as part of IPOCC solution. With the example of IPOCC chat it works pretty well, but it seems we have proleblwm with character coding when non-english characters are used like (éáűőúöüóí - Hungarian).

Is there any way to use this kind of characters ?

I got better result from WebUI, I think because the browser support it, but not all of them

Is there any way to support all of them both in WebUI and IPOCC Client as well ?

Unfortunately we stil have problem with that character encoding.
The Agent Web client change the "ű" and "ő" to q. I'm not sure if it is caused by the Tomcat WWW encodig. Any Idea how to fix it ?
