Question Qsig trunk between CM and IPO

Greetings.

We have a lab with an IPO Small Office Edition R4.2 with a PRI30 card and a CM 6.3 with an S8300D, MM710B and a G430.
We took a PRI cable and connected both PBX's through the PRI cards.
We can make calls in both ways but we don't have audio.
That is, when the call is made from the IPO to the CM extensions, the IPO extensions can hear the CM extensions but not the other way around.
But when the call is made from the CM extensions to the IPO extensions, there isn't audio in neither way.
EDIT: The above sentence is not true.
We've been mislead by a faulty phone. We've replaced the phone and we rerun the tests and confirm that if the call is made from the CM extensions to the IPO extensions, the CM extensions can hear the IPO extensions but not the other way around.
So, single way only audio which changes side depending on who initiates the call.

EDIT2: The above sentence is not true either. We are awfully sorry but somehow "we mixed the papers"...
Indeed the phone was faulty and indeed we replaced it and reran the tests.
In fact, the side that initiates the call has nothing to do with the case.
Whether the call is initiated by the IPO extensions or by the CM extensions, the IPO extensions can hear the CM extensions but not the other way around.

Anyone ever experienced this kind of issues?
Anyone knows of a guide on how to interconnect IPO and CM products through Qsig trunks (note: not IP trunks using Qsig signaling).

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

I would first try to set this up as per below link and see if it fixes the issue.

Hi kumar1499.

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately the scenario described in the document that you posted the link to is not reproducible in my region. This is documentation for US systems which use T1 and not E1.
With E1 type of PRI we don't have the luxury of "Switch type: 5ESS". There is no Switch type option for PRI's.
I tried to follow the guide except for that option but unfortunately the trunk would not go into service.
Talking about two products from the same vendor we would suppose there ought to exist documentation on their interoperability...
Anyone else in here has a Qsig trunk with an IPO and a CM working?

Cheers
