Is there something special that has to be done when installing the Admin Suite for IP Office 8.1 on Windows 7, 64 bit?
Our installer gave us the disc and installed it on one computer (Win 7, 64 bit) and the software works there. When I installed the same software on my laptop (also Windows 7, 64 bit), the "Manager" shows the message: Description: Stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: manager.exe Problem Signature 02: 10.1.43.0 Problem Signature 03: 4fe89885 Problem Signature 04: mscorlib Problem Signature 05: 2.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 503f01b1 Problem Signature 07: 20a4 Problem Signature 08: 7 Problem Signature 09: N3CTRYE2KN3C34SGL4ZQYRBFTE4M13NB OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 4105 I've uninstalled it several times and tried to reinstall it and still same issue... any suggestions? |

This looks like you will need to put in a Service Request on the support site - the ticket will be routed to an engineer specific to your problem and Avaya software/equipment.

For technical support, a Service Request will need to be opened on line. Visit http://support.avaya.com. Select Service Requests > Create Service Requests
