Default How to backup System Manager to Utility Server

Dear support, I am able to backup ACM and AAM backup files to Utility Server. But I am not able to backup System Manager to Utility Server. Can you help me with the correct information I should enter in the System Manager in order to perform the remote backup to the Utility server?

File transfer protocol? <SCP or SFTP>
Remote Server IP? <Utility Server IP Address>
Remote Server Port? <22 or ???>
Username? <Utility Server login name>
Password? <Utility Server login password>
File Name? </tmp/smgr>

You can use the following. Hope this helps.

File transfer protocol?: SFTP
Remote Server IP? : <Utility Server IP Address>
Remote Server Port?: 22
Username?: Utility Server login name
Password?: Utility Server login password
File Name? ./backupfilename

The main reason for most of the backup failures is the "file name". Please use name in the format that i mentioned above and try it. The file will be created in the home directory of the login used above.

Regards
