I Have IP office 500 V2 (Version 8.1 (69) 1608i and 1616 phones restarts each time !!!! |

So, the phones would restart if they lose connection to the IP Office after a period of time (3 keepalive messages, I think). Have you verified if the LAN connection is ok when the phones reboot?

Yes I Verified the LAN connection ,works very well I think the problem comes from the IP Office, but I do not know how to solve,
