When incoming numbers come in it do not go through the actual located gateway. It route to the main pbx system. When I tac trace it shows nothing but when I do a tac trace on the pbx system it comes up. How do you fix?

If all true, this is how calls are coming into the PBX rather than into your satellite gateway. Moreover this is acceptable in practice. The only issue I see is that you must account for 911 calls. That is when someone calls 911 from the satellite office, the emergency response agency must see the correct address of the satellite office. ![]() ![]() Based on the above I would recommend leaving things as they are. Personally I do not see anything wrong with the way this is now set up.
