Question One-X You have been logged out because the phone system became unavailable.

Configuring a new system that has 53 users of which 26 do not have a physical phone (remote sales people). All of the remote users want to use the One-X mobile for IPO mobile app as well as the One-X portal. Anytime that I log in to One-X with a user that does not have a physical phone, I get kicked out almost immediately and receive the message "You have been logged out because the phone system became unavailable." I do not have this issue with users that have a physical phone. I am running IP Office 9.1.4.137 and One-X 9.1.4.0

Default

Problem solved, I needed to make sure that the external users had had the Mobility Features under the mobility tab checked as well as the "Twin When Logged Out" and "One-X Mobile Client" boxes checked.
