Exclamation IP Office 10.1 with 1408 digital sets

Trying to load up a new system and the 1408 digital sets come up with 'file access error'. When watching in monitor the file it is trying to open is 1408R48.bin. I cannot find this file anywhere. I have found 1408_1416_R48.bin but that's not working. Even renamed that to the one the phone is looking for but still fails to open the file. Am I going about this wrong? Or does anybody know where to find the specific file the phone is looking for?

Thanks!

Use Embedded File Management to Upload System files, see if that gets the missing file to your SD card.

Are you sure of the file name? I see 1400R48.bin but not 1408

I wrote that incorrectly, it is 1400R48.bin but I don't see that file on my SD! You have it? Can you send it to me somehow?

Ok, I found the issue...we were using the lite version to upgrade the system to 10.1.1 and it didn't have the bin file we needed. The full version does! Thanks!
