Default Voice Portal - Timeout waiting for release of session resources

Voice Portal Management System - Version 5.1.0.0.4201

I keep getting this error and it leaves sessions active. Yesterday it happened about 30 times for 900 calls. eventually all ports remain active. Having to reboot MPPs daily.

Here is an error log entry from VPMS:

At the end of the IVR application, all calls are blind transferred to internal 5 digit extensions (live agents) and the calls may last quite a while.
Is that what is keeping the Calls from clearing? How should I handle it?
How can I increase the timeout as a temporary fix?

I replaced the "Blind Call" with a "Consultation Call" within the IVR app.
The problem seems to have disappeared. Not a one single error in the past 36 hours.
