AACC 6.4 SP13
We have a number of Outbound Campaigns with Disposition Codes enabled / assigned - for example, one campaign has 9 disposition codes enabled: Number Busy No Answer Answer Machine No Such Number Hung Up Wrong Number Do Not Call Re-Schedule Call Completed If I select the campaign in the OCMT and select one of the calls, do a right-click and "Close With Code" I only have an option of 4 disposition codes to select from: No Such Number Hung Up! Wrong Number Completed Doesn't make any sense - anybody any thoughts, I have exactly the same issue in both our live and test environments? ![]() |

Is it possible that the disposition codes that do not show in your list are those that are marked to require a call and it is assuming you are not doing that as you are not updating from the Agent side?

Thanks for the suggestion - all of our Disposition Codes are configured to require an outbound call though, so if that scenario were true then all / none of the codes would be available when manually closing a contact..
