Question

Hello.

I purchased k175 IP phone with wireless handset. I did not order power adapter.

when I first try to power on, i sued type-c charger. According to product spec sheet can use standard type-c charger. the phone does not power on, no boot. there is not power button.

I also tried different ethernet cable to ethernet port since the drive support PoE. still no power on, no boot.

how to solve this ?

As per the installation and administration document link in the previous post:

"If your network does not support the 802.3at or 802.3af PoE specification, you can use an AC power adapter, which you can order separately."

The user manual says can use standard type-C power. I tried type-c charger and other different power adapter from different electronics, still the device does not power on.

Yes and No. The key is "Where on the phone is the USB-C port you are using?".

There have been several generations of K175 phone and only the latest 3rd generation ones can run from USB-C power.

If your K175 is 3rd generation, it will have two USB-C ports, one on the side and one on the back next to the Ethernet ports. It is the USB-C port on the back that can be used to power the phone.

If your K175 doesn't have a USB-C on the back then its either a first generation (a single ethernet port) or second generation (two ethernet ports) model. Both of those have a barrel connector for a 5V power supply adapter).
