Hello,
We have recently purchased Avaya IP Office for our small business. Trying to incorporate it with our Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 install. We want to have incoming call popups for customers in the CRM database e.t.c. Is this possible from out of the box IP office suite? We can't afford to buy ACEBASE or other Avaya products at this time? Thanks. |

And what do you need to integrate IPO with MS CRM 2011 on IPO side and on CRM side? Is it a TAPI connection?

Take a look at this:

Hi there, rabbas. A friend of mine who's started just recently put up a small call center used a third party solution called Tenfold for integration with Avaya. It's been working well for them so far (I believe they've been using it for about a year now), his team seems to be liking it because of the features they offer such as gamification and data capture.
