I have set CWC from 1-20 in the CMS Dictionary, but there are only "0" codes reported in the CMS.
Used CWC entering procedure: during the ACD call, agent push work-code button, then enter the code and #. |

Hi,
Make sure you have adminsitered them too in CMS Menu. If not, it can be done from Call Center Administration -> Call Work Codes |
