IPOCC stop working. Cannot open https://localhost:8443/WebLM. Have tried repair and upgrade but could not fix the issue.

Make sure that the web services is running on that computer. If so, from a command prompt you can run the following command to see if the port is listening -
netstat -n If you see the port open then maybe try restarting the service, or check your firewall settings to make sure it's not blocked. |

Thanks for all the response.
Logged a ticket to Avaya support and the engineer tried to uninstall everything but then could not re-installed the SyBase. Finally the client had to restore the server backup. |
