Default CMS Supervisor Printing Error Support

I am the support specialist for our company and I have a user is getting the following error:

trying to print out reports from cms and get the following error:

"Unable to perform the requested operation. Please try again or contact technical support.

Error: 6 VB error (6) Overflow.
Location: REngine: PrintPage: 8101.

I have searched the site for possible solutions for issue but haven't had any luck.....
I wasn't able to register with site except as a user of avaya. Because I don't know our contract or purchase number.

Any help would be appreciated.

HI Mille,

Please follow the below steps and check if it fix it.

1) Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs
2) Remove CVS software
3) Go to Windows Explorer
4) Do a search/find for cvsup*.cfg
5) When found, delete all instances and dump them from your Recycle Bin.
6) Go into Start, Run window
7) Type in "regedit"

8) Registry Editor window opens
9) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (drill down)
10) Go to SOFTWARE
11) Look for Avaya folders and delete anything related to Supervisor.
12) Reboot PC

The resolution to this issue was to reinstall using a newer version CMS_16_KB21.exe
The version that caused the error was KB20.
