Default Sound in headset and receiver simultaneously on 9608 IP phone

Hi all,
Is it possible to hear the caller in the headset and in the receiver simultaneously?
We would need this in order for new people, so they can listen to the calls when the experienced agent is talking to the client at the same time.
In my knowledge it is only possible to hear the caller or in the headset or in the receiver, but I'm not aware if it's possible to have it in both.
Can someone help?
Thanks!!

The 9608/9608G/9611G/9641G can all be fitted with a Dual Headset Adapter (700503227). It attaches to the right side of the phone, plugs into the headset jack, and has connectors for two headsets. This would allow your experienced agent to be talking on one headset and the new agent to be simultaneously listening on another headset.
