- This procedure is skipped in the sequence of programming procedures when cycling. To use this procedure, enter the code (#399) directly.
- For each type of phone, program one extension, then use this procedure to copy the programming from that extension to the others with the same number of line or pool buttons (for example, from a Partner-18D phone to a Partner-18 phone).
- Pooled extension settings can be copied to key extensions, except for extension 10. Key extension settings can be copied to pooled extensions.

Key: A = All Systems, N/A = No Systems, R = Release
Copy Settings (#399) copies many System Programming features from one extension to another. Copy Settings will not copy individual button features such as Do Not Disturb (Feature 01) or Auto Dial buttons. Use the chart below to see if the feature is copied or not.
How to program Copy Settings:
- Using a display phone at extension 10 on Partner Plus Release 1 or Release 2 systems:
- Using a display phone at extension 10 or 11 on Partner Plus Release 3.0 or later systems, and on all Partner II, Partner ACS and Partner Endeavor systems:
- Press Feature 00.
- Press Left Intercom.
- Press Left Intercom.
- Dial #399.
- Dial the two-digit extension number of the phone that you want to copy from.
- Dial the two-digit extension number of the phone that you want to copy to.
- To copy the same settings to another phone dial the next two-digit extension number.
- Press Feature 00 to exit programming.
