Voice Mail to text enabled / disabled
The Voicemail to Text provides a text version of your voicemail that allows you to get the gist of the message. It is not intended to be a perfectly accurate transcription of the voicemail. It may take a few minutes to deliver the text version of your voicemail to your Avaya Cloud Office mobile or desktop application or via e-mail.
Note:
**If you are creating a Voicemail for an extended absence please review Call Handing and Forwarding Overview and create a customer rule. You could create a custom rule that would dictate the Date and /or Time and set this to "Take Messages Only". This can be enabled / disabled and edited in future.
**If administering the Voicemail via phone *86 any changes to Voice mail Greeting will be for the User Hours and not the After Hours. After Hour Voice Mail Greeting can only be Administered via the Web Port (service.cloudoffice.Avaya.com)
