How to Order New Numbers for the US/CA/UK/AUS

1. Log in to your Avaya Cloud Office account - https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com
2. Click Billing > Purchase
3. Select Additional Phone Numbers:
   • Select Additional Local Numbers or Additional Toll-Free Numbers 
   • Select Country
   • Adjust Quantity
   • Click Add to Cart
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to begin adding numbers:

• Select Domestic or International
• Enter the Number of Users that will be added
• Select the State 
• Select the Area Code
• Select Device > Other Phones, then choose the Phone App

5. Click Continue Shopping to purchase additional lines, licenses, or devices. Or click Check Out to complete the order
6. Review Items, then click Next 
7. Review the Charges, then check the Acknowledgement Box. Click Next
8. Click Done

How to Order New Numbers for the EU

1. Log in to your Avaya Cloud Office account - https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com
2. On Quick Access > Users, click the Add Users button
3. Select Location: 

• Select Domestic or International
• Select Country
• Click Next

4. Click the Order Number box. A pop-up message will appear. Select Leave Page
5. Select the Number Prefix and Quantity
   • You may add multiple Area Codes by selecting Add More
   • Click Next     
6. Upload the Required Data and Document
   • Upload a copy of the applicant’s national ID card, passport, or driver’s license
   • Upload a valid proof of address under Upload Additional Documentation 
   • Enter Service Address
   • Click Next 
7. Enter Contact Information, then click Next
8. Review Order, then click Submit
9. A confirmation email will be sent
