This article provides instructions on how to configure an Outbound Caller ID for a Shared Line Group in the Avaya Cloud Office.
1. Log in to your Avaya Cloud Office as an Administrator.
2. In the Admin Portal, go to Phone System > Groups > Shared Lines.
3. Select the Shared Lines Group you want to configure.
4. Click the Outbound Caller ID tab.
5. Set the Outgoing call displayed as either to use the Group or Individual Lines. To display by Group, click Edit button to select number, then click Done.
6. Under Alternate Caller ID, click Edit.
7. Select a phone number you want to display as your Caller ID number for Alternate Caller ID, then click Done.
8. Tick checkbox to display the extension number for internal calls under Internal Calls.
9. Click Save.
