This article provides information on how to configure your User and After Hours settings.
Configuring your User and After Hours settings primarily determines your availability to receive inbound calls. In addition, it also allows other User settings to have separate and distinct configurations.
1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office online account.
2. Go to Settings > User Details. If you are logged in as an Administrator, click Admin Portal on the upper-right side and switch to the My Extension view to access your Extension settings.
3. Go to Settings & Permissions, click Edit under User Hours.
4. You may select the following options:
• 24 hours / 7 days a week - Select if you want incoming calls handled the same way all the time, every day.
• Custom Hours - Select if you want incoming calls handled differently when your business is open and when it's closed.
Selecting this option will enable you to configure your After Hours settings.
When you select Custom Hours, it allows you to configure distinct User and After Hour settings for Screening, Greeting & Hold Music, Call Handling & Forwarding, and Messages.
