This article provides steps for administrators to change user passwords.
Administrators can change the passwords and security questions for a User Extension through the online account using Administrator login credentials.
1. Log in to your Avaya Cloud Office account as an administrator.
2. Go to Users > Users list.
3. Under Users with Extension, click on the User that you wish to configure.
4. Click User Details.
5. Under User Details, go to Security tab, click Change under Password and PIN.
6. Enter your Current Admin Password.
7. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm password boxes.
8. Click Save.
