Overview

To enable single sign-on with Avaya Cloud Office, it must be configured to use Microsoft Entra SSO as an identity provider.  As the SSO Authentication for Avaya Cloud Office is handled via RingCentral, the follow link to the Microsoft Tutorial will provide step by step instruction on how to complete this configuration.
