- From the ACO App (Unified App - White background icon), select Settings/Phone/Extension Settings/Edit . Please, note this has changed when compared to ealier releases.
- From the ACO Phone App (Red background Icon), select View Settings (Gear icon at the bottom)
- Select General and under "Access my account online" click on My extension settings
PS: If the user is not Standard, Super Admin, Billing, Phone System, for example, other options , other than Extension Settings, may be available. Phone System and Billing, for instance.
