ATAC Design - How can I copy an Avaya One Source (A1S) quote from one company to a different company (Direct to Distributor OR one Distributor to a different Distributor)?

You cannot use the Copy button on the Quote Centre page to copy to a different Company - the Copy button always copies to the Same Company.  So to create a copy for a different Company you will need to use a Solution Blueprint as follows:

1. From A1S Landing page, retrieve the quote to be copied (Design/Quote... A1S Configurator... Retrieve) using the Company that the quote was created under.
2. On the Quote Centre screen after the quote is retrieved, click the <Modify Quote> button.  This will take you into the configurator.
3. On the left under Design Control, select Blueprint... Save as Blueprint
4. On the Manage Blueprint screen, leave Type=Solution, enter a Name & Description and click the <Save> button.
5. After the Blueprint is saved, go back to the A1S Landing Page.
6. Change the Company to the desired Target Company
7. Select Design/Quote... A1S Configurator... Create
8. On the Create a Quote screen, select the Manage Solution Blueprints link
9. Search for the Solution Blueprint you created by name or other criteria and select the link for that Blueprint
10. Select the <Create Design From> button
11. Select Configure Design
12. Select Price/Reports/Exit
