Avaya HC010 Huddle Camera is the new Avaya Huddle Rooms Camera that can be used with any Avaya PC / Mac Software Client

 

 

The Avaya Huddle Cameras are great for enabling all of your small to medium meeting rooms and spaces, delivering utility, security, and an exceptional experience for training, brainstorming, team and customer meetings with a personal connection.

Since Avaya HC010 Huddle Camera is an High Definition USB Camera, it can be used with your laptop and/or with any other videoconferencing client, as Skype, Zoom, Bluejeans, Webex, etc...

It's a perfect solution for laptops and NUCs. Use it in your home office, or personal use, exceptional experience thanks to field of view, quality, interoperability and price point.


 

 

 
How to Use HC010 Camera connected to your Windows / MAC Personal Computer
 
Avaya HC010 Camera is shipped altogether with its Quick Setup Guide inside the packaging 
 
Once connected to any PC USB Slot v2 or higher, it can be configured and managed within any video software application supporting the UVC Protocol

How to Use Avaya HC010 Camera to Join an Avaya Meeting Service

In case you would like to use your HC Camera to join Avaya Spaces and/or Avaya Meetings, once set it up you can refer to

Generally speaking, links to Avaya Cloud Service platforms are as follows:

- Avaya Spaces   -  No Clients to install, simply join any Spaces Meeting with your browser and then configure your Web Client with the Avaya HC Camera Audio / Video drivers

- Avaya Equinox Meeting Online   -  The Equinox / Workplace App can be downloaded from the Home Page and configured with the Avaya HC Camera Audio / Video drivers browsing into the up-right Option & Settings wheel

- Avaya Cloud Office  -  The Avaya Cloud Office App can be easily downloaded from the Home Page and configured with the Avaya HC Camera Audio / Video drivers browsing into the down-left Settings wheel (Settings -> Video -> Video Meeting Settings) 




 

How to Use Avaya HC010 Camera with Third Party Vendors Conferencing Clients

The HC010 Camera is compatible both with Avaya and 3rd party conferencing clients application such as Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Blue Jeans and others.

Avaya Huddle Camera HC010 has an embedded microphone array. According to the user video/audio preferences, the camera has to be selected as the video source input for the desired software client application, while the microphone has to be selected as the audio source input for the desired software client application.


Go to your PC Privacy Setting and allow the chosen application to access your camera/microphone: 

Windows: Start menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Camera/Microphone -> Allow (which) apps to access your Camera/Microphone   

Mac: Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Select Camera / Microphone -> Allow (which) apps to access your Camera/Microphone
 

Launch the desired software client application and configure the camera to be the source camera/microphone for your desired software client application: Settings -> Video/Audio
