How to enable SBC debug logs

Abstract

Debugging tools are very useful when we are troubleshooting issue's that require us to look deeper into the logs in order to help identify the root cause. Furthermore, when escalating an issue's that would involve tier 4 support, Providing debug logs would help speed up the process towards a resolution or workaround fix.

Body

 

      1. Log into SBC management GUI
      2. Go into Debugging Tab under Device Specific Settings -> Troubleshooting ->Select appropriate device
(Don’t select EMS device)
      3. Click Debug option to enable all SBC sip logs.
