Problem Clarification

DLY-MTCE alarm generated

Cause

Certain commands were run by an administrator while save translations and maintenance routines were running, causing the audit to fail.

Solution

Display errors in order to determine when the failure, timeout, etc. occurred:

Error Type           Description
542                  Translation save failure during scheduled maintenance
 
571                  Translation save timeout during scheduled maintenance
 
572                  Translation save failure during translation backup via the web (either scheduled or on-demand)
 
573                  Translation audit has detected translation corruption during scheduled maintenance
 

Run the save translation command.

Verify last translation and compare to the time the alarm appeared and run the save translation command if the times coincide.
 
The daily maintenance options can be modified on the "change system-parameters maintenance" page.
