Unknown or forgotten password.

 

Solution

Please follow the below steps to gain:
1. Connect to the Switch via Console connection
2. Power on switch
3. On the first line of Diagnostics, Press CTRL C. This will get you to a boot menu.
4. Press "i" to reset the switch to defaults
5. On the next prompt, press "a" to reboot the switch
You should know have full access to the switch without a password
