Fix:
To reset the configuration to factory default settings do the following:
1. Connect to the VPN Router using the console cable supplied with the box.
2. Open a session using terminal software such as HyperTerminal or similar with the following settings:
Bit Speed 9600
Data bits 8
Parity None
Stop bits 1
Flow control None
3. Login to the VPN Router using administrator user ID and password:

4. The main menu appears, select option R (r) Reset System to Factory Defaults and hit Enter:

6. Once the box is rebooted it will be running factory default configuration
