Details

CMS ( Call Management System )Supervisor State will automatically move into single user mode after get the mouse focus out of the CMS State window.
supervisor r16.2 and r16.3 all have this issue

Problem Clarification

When you open supervisor, choose Tools --> System Setup --> CMS State. It will appear multi-user state in normal situation. Then after you shift your mouse or cursor into other windows and move back, this status will automatically turn into single user mode and stays there. This might cause user confusion

Cause

Supervisor design issue. Happens to all supervisor r16.2 and r16.3.

Solution

There is no MR for this bug yet. However, it only affect the appearance but nothing get really changed. The ACD state will still be multi-user mode. The only thing is when you close the "CMS State" window, you need to select "No" to the system prompt "There are unsaved entries in the window. Go back and change entries".
