Problem Clarification

The IPSI keeps going out and taking down all of their phones  on PN 4 needs investigation

Cause

Issue to with the IOS upgraded on the Cisco switches on customer Network.


Cisco Switch Details:

IOS version: current- cat4500-ipbase-mz.122-50.SG6.bin
Previous IOS: cat4000-i5s-mz.122-25.EWA7.bin

Switch Model- Cisco WS-C4510R

Solution

Issue to with the IOS upgraded on the Cisco switches on customer Network.
 

Network flaps got stopped after the Cisco IOS downgrade.

Monitored the system for few days, system stable with no alarms
