IA770 - after going from 3 to 4 digits mailbox, internal extension to extension is not aswering by voice mail getting "no extension exist",Intuity does not see the 4 digit extension & even MWI stopped working.

Problem Clarification

When called directly to the voicemail pilot number,it is answering fine. But whenever
called internally to any extension and covered to the voicemail, it will play <Extension not valid>.
It happened after they changed the mailbox length from 3 digits to 4 digits & MWI stopped working.

Cause

System was not properly administered after changing the length of the mailbox from 3 to 4 digits.

Solution

Added an entry in public unknown numbering for internal station to station calling to work

& system parameter feature for the MWI issue add the length of the mailbox
