Problem Clarification

Busy display works fine with one-x attendant but station names are not getting displayed even after "display name" option is checked under the busy lamp configuration page.

Cause

Phonebook is not properly configured and mapped on the one-x attendant server with the CM station information exported from the PBX

Solution

Need to export CM station information from PBX with extension and name fields. Then configure a phonebook for this database and map the extension field with business1 and name field with CM name (lastname, firstname). This will allow the name
